The new industry explodes,
Bullying the economy.
Elmwood Franchise.
Pete Wilson’s dream
Turn criminals into slaves;
He’s got motive
Wilson’s wife owns Canteen,
The expensive prison food distributor.
What a shock…
Making billions
Off of poor criminals.

Proposition 21
Incarcerate younger and younger,
Forgetting about education.
No they didn’t forget,
They know…
Knowledge is power.
Keep ‘em stupid, drugged and locked up.
Even if it cost more,
33 thousand a year,
but…
they’ll get Federal Money
for their prison population.
People are blinded by propaganda.

Wilson’s narrow mind
Is one track;
Instant gratification:
Lock ‘em up and leave ‘em there

Three strikes-you’re out
The new frontier.
Violence teaches violence
What a wonder why imprisoned youths
Stay that way.
Look at Florida,
They have been locking up kids for years.

Just ask good old Pete,
Smart wit,
Dim wit,
He’ll say ‘build more prisons,
Fuck the schools,
We’ll turn them into prisons.’
Why not?
Chain us down with media hype,
And feed us Wilson’s Propaganda
Till we’re full,
Regurgitating
His bigoted ideology
Over the U.S. Constitution
As we rot away in lock down,
Wondering why a democracy
